ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL OPPORTUNITIES

Parents of 3rd Graders:  Bible Blessings Class - September 18, 25 & October 2.  Bible Blessing Ceremony on October 9, 2011 - we will meet in the back of the wing!

Sunday School Guide Class: Lessons & discussion based on the Sunday School Guide starting September 18. We will meet in the room west of the organ.

"Courageous Living" Class -   Based on the highly anticipated movie, the Courageous Living Bible Study Book is used for four weeks. Click here for more information.   It will guide you toward living more courageously in four key areas: Responsibility: serving, protecting, and casting a vision for their family Priorities: focusing on eternal things rather than what is temporary Legacy: recognizing your potential impact as a godly role model Faith: strengthening your identity in Christ, increasing in wisdom

**We will study the book "Heaven is For Real", a book that will forever change the way you think of eternity, offering the chance to see and believe, like a child - starting after the first of the year! Following the study of this book we will be studying "Christianity Today" - current topics of today!

New Membership Class coming in October - Pastor Wayne Sneller will be leading this class.

OPPORTUNITIES FOR MEN

• Promise Keepers meets at 5:45 a.m. in the church kitchen every Wednesday. 
• Men's Chorus - meets before church at 9:10 a.m. the morning scheduled to sing (once a month: September - May) A song is chosen from the hymnal to sing.

OPPORTUNITIES FOR WOMEN

LADIES WEEKLY MORNING BIBLE

• A 9 week study on "Spiritual Warfare".  Come join us as we learn how to detect, survive and defeat Satan's attacks! 
• Begins SEPTEMBER 27 at 9:00 a.m.by September 18

YOUNG WOMEN'S BIBLE STUDY

• WHO:  Would you like to join other young women and young mothers...or just those young at heart....in a journey to grow in the Lord?
• WHEN:  Monday, September 19 at 7:00 p.m. at First Reformed.
• WHAT:  We will be studying "Women of the Bible" by Frances Vander Velde
• We will meet every 3rd Monday of each month during the school year.

MOMS IN TOUCH -  takes place in October through April

• What: Moms spend tiem in prayer for their children, students, school staff, and school happenings.
• Time: 8:15 a.m. - 9:15 a.m.

SCRAPBOOKING EXTRAVAGANZA

• WHAT:  All Day Scrapbooking
• WHEN:  Saturday, September 25
• WHO:  Ladies....invite your friends from other churches!!!
• TIME:  9 a.m. - 9 p.m. (or later if going strong)
• WHY:  Because we are all behind!! 
• WHERE:  Church social room (basement) tables are set up!
