The message outlines are listed on the left side of this window.  Click on the message link to select the one you want to view or listen to.  The message audio is typically available within a couple days of the message date. 

The message audio files are in a MP3 format.   If you wish to download the message audio file to your computer, do a right click on the audio link at the top of the message outline and do the "Save Target As" command.
